We operate seasonally during the 4th of July, New Year’s Eve, and Memorial Day Weekend periods. All purchases are made in person at one of our two physical retail locations. We do not currently offer online purchasing or direct shipping of fireworks products.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

The purchase and use of consumer fireworks is regulated by Texas state law. By purchasing fireworks from Double Barrel Fireworks, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are legally permitted to purchase and use consumer fireworks in your jurisdiction.
• You understand and accept full responsibility for the safe and lawful use of any fireworks purchased from our store.
• You will not purchase fireworks on behalf of a minor or for use in an area where fireworks are prohibited.

• Exclusive Double Barrel brand products are available only at our physical locations and are subject to limited availability each season.

All prices listed in store are in U.S. dollars and are inclusive of applicable state and local taxes where required. We accept cash and major payment methods at both locations. 5. Safe Use and Customer Responsibility

Fireworks are legal consumer products when purchased and used responsibly. By purchasing from Double Barrel Fireworks, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• You accept full personal responsibility for the safe storage, handling, and use of all purchased fireworks
• You will only use fireworks in areas where their use is legally permitted under Texas state law and applicable local ordinances.
• You will keep fireworks away from children unless under direct adult supervision.
• You will never point, throw, or discharge fireworks toward people, animals, vehicles, or structures.
• You will have water or a fire extinguisher nearby when lighting any fireworks product.
• You will never attempt to relight a firework that has failed to ignite

Double Barrel Fireworks is not liable for any injury, property damage, or legal violation resulting from the misuse, negligence, or unlawful use of products purchased at our stores. Consumer fireworks carry inherent risks, and it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to use them safely and legally.

6. Return and Refund Policy

We want every customer to leave satisfied. However, due to the nature of consumer fireworks products and the safety regulations governing their handling and resale, our return and refund policy is subject to specific limitations. Please read this section carefully before making a purchase.

General Return Policy

All fireworks sales are considered final once the product leaves our store. We do not accept returns on opened, partially used, or discharged fireworks under any circumstances. This policy exists for the safety of our staff, our customers, and the public.
